As the CEO and co-founder of PharmD on Demand and Aletheia Health Partners, Michael Azzolin focuses on creating practical, forward-thinking solutions that help rural hospitals not only remain open, but thrive in ways that truly matter to their communities.

Azzolin’s vision and commitment have remained focused on healthcare for nearly 30 years. His education, combined with first-hand pharmacy experience, helped him gain unique insights not only into pharmacy operations, but the operational dynamics of hospital systems and the healthcare system as a whole. This laid a foundation that allowed Azzolin to launch PharmD on Demand in 2006 and Aletheia Health Partners in 2022.
