Michael Azzolin brings nearly two decades of dedicated experience to PharmD on Demand, having started his journey with the company in 2006. As the CEO, he leads with a vision cultivated through his experience of serving more than two decades in various healthcare leadership roles. Prior to PharmD Michael served as Director of Pharmacy and staff pharmacist in various pharmacy environments.
Michael's passion lies in fostering strong relationships within his company and with client partnerships. He finds satisfaction in witnessing the tangible value the company's services deliver to healthcare entities. He is consistently driven to implement new ideas and passionately advocates for improved health outcomes through the services his organization provides.
Michael holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical practice and strategic business operations. He is an active participant in the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA) and the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy, demonstrating his commitment to advocacy of the profession and field of healthcare.
Outside of his professional life, Michael shares his life with his wife Stephanie and their five children: daughters Ella Claire and Molly, and sons Tate, Eli, and Jacob. He is deeply involved in his community, serving as a Deacon at Briarwood Baptist Church in Watkinsville and is a member of the Rotary Club of Watkinsville. In his leisure time, Michael enjoys the outdoors, whether it be on his small farm or spending time with his kids hunting and fishing.
Andy Barrs serves as President of PharmD on Demand. His passion for honest, innovative, and service-oriented work led to his interest and involvement in co-founding the company in 2006. Andy leads with a vision for building a company rooted in honesty, hard work, and biblical principles – believing that this foundation empowers professionals to better serve their communities and patients.
In addition to healthcare, Andy is also invested in numerous other businesses and industries, such as land, timber, minerals, commercial real estate, and media. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Masters degree in Forestry Resources from the University of Georgia. This breadth of experience in and exposure to multiple industries are a testament to Andy’s passion for bringing resources and advancement to rural communities.
Andy is married to Carmen and they, along with their 2 children, reside in Watkinsville, Georgia. Their son, Shepard, is active in sports and enjoys outdoor hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and archeology. Their daughter, Kennedy, enjoys creative hobbies in addition to horseback riding and playing basketball. As a family, they are active in their local church where Andy has previously served as a deacon and elder.
Andy considers it one of his greatest privileges to provide leadership and guidance to the PharmD on Demand team as they continue to grow and serve their communities and patients.
Kerry Trapnell joined Aletheia Health partners in 2022 and currently serves as its Chief Administrative Officer. With over 25 years of healthcare experience prior to his role at Aletheia, Kerry held positions such as CEO and CFO for various rural hospitals.
Growing up in a rural community himself, Kerry has a deep understanding of the critical role healthcare plays in those communities. Kerry is passionate about Aletheia Health Partners’ mission to improve the operations and sustainability of rural hospitals. He believes that "when you save a rural hospital, you save a community," underscoring the profound impact of the company's work.
Kerry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1999. He is actively involved in the healthcare industry, serving on the Advisory Board of the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center at Mercer University School of Medicine. He has also received multiple individual and facility awards such as CEO of the Year, Georgia’s Community Star, Hospital of the Year, and Top 100 Great Community Hospitals.
Outside of his professional life, Kerry has been married to his wife, Angela, for 26 years and they have two college-aged children. He is a member of Redeemer Church in Madison, Georgia and dedicates his free time to multiple charities, including FCA, the Hayden Hurst Family Foundation, and the George Rogers Foundation.
Cory Swymer is the Chief Information Officer at PharmD on Demand, bringing over a decade of experience to the organization. Since joining in 2012, Cory has held various roles, including VP of Remote Pharmacy Services, Director of Pharmacy, and Remote Pharmacist.
Cory's passion lies in identifying and developing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and outcomes for both clients and the organization. His efforts are dedicated to improving inefficiencies and streamlining redundant processes that might hinder financial and operational growth within the settings PharmD on Demand serves. This client-centric approach empowers his teams to actively listen to client challenges and collaboratively design creative programs and resources to address their unique needs.
Cory holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, earned in 2012. He is an active member of prominent industry groups, including the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists (GSHP) and the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPHA).
